Original drawing of a winter birch. This is quite an old birch with a thick trunk located near the entrance of the Stephen’s Green Famine Memorial in Dublin, Ireland. I passed by it every day for a number of years. While I loved the swish of it’s summer leaves, I was drawn to it’s incredible architectural shape in winter.
This drawing is 29.7 cm x 29.9 cm on acid free paper. It is unframed.
Please note that this drawing is reduced in price as there is a smudge on the paper. The paper tire when I was drawing it. A lot of work went into the actual drawing though and the drawing itself is perfect.
